Monday – Friday 07:00 – 21:00

Saturday – Sunday 07:00 – 20:00

 

Hotel check In: 15:00

Hotel check Out: 11:00

 

Health

If you are pregnant, have unmedicated high blood pressure, a heart condition, have had a lymphatic disorder, or have any other medical condition please advise us before arriving.

 

Medical

You will be required to fill in a medical disclaimer form, prior to using the spa fitness. You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during physical activity. We will not be responsible for any harm you suffer as a result of taking part in any activity unless it is caused by our negligence. If you experience any unusual symptoms you must immediately stop any physical activity and tell a member of our team.

 

Payment

Cash, cheques, and all major credit cards are accepted. All prices are quoted in British Pounds. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

 

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require pre-payment by credit card or bank transfer.Natural-lIght does not accept non-guaranteed reservations. Full payment of spa days or a deposit of 1 night stay for spa breaks will be charged as a guarantee at the time of booking. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events, or conventions.

 

Cancellation policy:

A non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking. Should you wish to cancel we kindly request 48 hours notice prior to arrival for up to 3 people, seven days for groups of 4 -10, and fourteen days for groups of 11 or more.

A voucher for the amount paid will be issued and is valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Gift vouchers and spa day bookings have a validation span of 6 months from the date of purchase, if you have a gift voucher there will be a printed expiry date and if you have booked a spa experience then this will be the date you made the purchase.

All monies taken will be retained if you do not arrive for your scheduled visit and have not notified us

.

 

Pets policy:

No pets permitted in the hotel. Guide dogs welcome.

 

Natural -light rules and Etiquette

The following information has been produced to ensure that all guests are assured of a comfortable and enjoyable experience on each and every one of their visits. Although detailed, it is anticipated that the majority of guests will find little need to refer to them after the first reading. They do however allow the management of the spa to provide the best possible service standards for all.

 

We aim to provide a safe, caring, and peaceful environment with our committed and highly experienced team. Please take note of the guidance given here and follow any directions given by our staff.

 

Mobile Phone Policy

Please avoid using a mobile phone in the building. If you need to be contactable for an emergency, please put your phone in a silent setting.

 

 

Age

Persons, 16 years of age and over only may use the spa facilities.

 

Smoking

Please note that Natural-light has been designated as a non – smoking environment.

 

Gaia  Meditation garden

Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed on the premises.

 

 

Use of Fitness Activities& Classes

We employ qualified instructors who will try to take account of individual needs, however, members, guests, and visitors who have any reservations about their physical condition should seek the advice of their doctor or have a medical check-up before embarking on any of the classes or activities.

 

Special Needs

If you have any special requirements, dietary, medical, or physical, please notify our staff who will be pleased to assist or advise.

Maintenance

The management reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance, replacement, renovation, cleaning, and emergencies without notice or recompense.

 

Belongings

Lockers are provided in the changing rooms for your convenience. However, no liability is accepted for the loss or damage of guests' property left in SenSpa.

 

Instructions

Guest’s attention is drawn to the instructions for the use of the equipment and facilities provided. No liability can be accepted for any injury or loss caused by the failure to follow these instructions.

 

Conduct

The management has absolute discretion to ask of any person whose conduct, in the opinion of the management, is offensive to other members, guests and staff, or is injurious to the character of natural-light, to leave the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the spa, to any persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

Opening hours

Opening hours may be temporarily changed,  at the discretion of the management.

 

Fitness Class Schedule

The Fitness class schedule is as published and may be changed at the discretion of the manager.

 

Health and Safety

Management reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities on the occasion that Health & Safety may be at issue. No glasses, food, or crockery to be taken into the poolside, gym or studio, or meditation garden. Plastic cups and mugs are available for use in these areas.

 

Clothing

We kindly request that members and guests wear appropriate clothing at all times, which includes wearing swimwear I, poolside areas, and treatment rooms (e.g. sauna and steam rooms, etc.) Appropriate footwear should be worn in the gym and for fitness classes.
